If you watch the money and not the thrown you can gain information that will help you make better decisions. For instance: We hear a lot about Florida. Black leaders want Black Americans to avoid Florida. However, what if you have a lucrative job offer there? Well let’s look at it shall we?

How many lucrative job offers do you have from companies led by Black leaders? Zero

How many Black leaders cell phone numbers you can call right now and they will answer? Zero

How many sponsorships do you have that are from Black leaders? None

Yikes. That’s really straight forward.

When was the last time you listened to a eunuch? Is a man but not really? Never? Makes sense right? These two things have a lot in common right? Eunuchs and Black leaders are similar except one is silent and the other one is always jockeying for position yet has nothing to “show” for it.

What can you do if you are a follower? Maybe stop being a follower? Even if you do not become a leader whatever happens to your family negatively still impacts your family negatively. Right?
