Ms. Murchelle Smith, the Caregiver, worked at the school kitchen from 8 am to 1:30 pm and she worked for Libby Murdaugh, a family member who suffered with dementia from 8 pm to 8 am… She had time to sleep between 1:30 pm and 8 pm. She never missed work and was never late.
She was up from 8 pm to 1:30 pm 5 days a week. That’s at least 16 hours a day including graveyard – could you be up like that for 16 hours straight? She worked at the school and being a caregiver as well for 28 years. That is unbelievable. Do you have a problem with this? I do.
Black Ladies, ya’ll have to stop doing this.
It’s ridiculous and unacceptable.
Look at her. She is not healthy. She wears orthopedic shoes. In her big age what is her quality of life. What has she reaped that is worth what she has given. She has a runny nose. She favors one of her legs because someone hit her car while she was in it. This is so scary.
Is she really telling all that she knows or saw? Would you?
Whatever happened should never had happened. At one point, Ms. Muchelle began to weep and the lawyer asked her why she was crying. She replied that she hates that this had happened because they were nice people. Can you believe it?
The Carolinas are a whole different dimension from the rest of the earth. This ladies life and the position she has been put in by the lawyers even asking her to testify when she was is mother’s caregiver. Ugh!!
Black Ladies! Hear me and hear me WELL! Don’t do this. Do you hear me? After all we have suffered to be held to working 16 hours a day caring for folks who would slaughter their own kin then sit in court as a defendant BUT you the one crying?
Unacceptable!

Sure, no one put a gun to her head. So Black Americans should make far better choices. Even if you must be the runner, security, or caretaker for your own family – do that. But never do this ever again.
Additionally, school jobs and care-taking pays extremely low wages. Let their own families take care of their family members. We all should be doing that anyway.
Highway robbery is what it is. This is happening to American Citizens including descendants of slaves who made this country the richest in the world. Then this country turned around and used that money to enslave the rest of the planet?

This family is ruined after 4 generations of lawyers. This fall is so complex with so many moving parts.
