I am nostalgically remembering the process to getting to this day, it’s been a very long one…

The process

I began by simply applying for the role. I have years of experience working with diverse populations so why not serve my fellow citizens in this capacity? I received an email to report to Tacoma for an interview, which was really a process and lasted some time. It took approximately five months before I heard that I could move to the next steps in the hiring process. Over the next four months, I completed several tasks, some more than once. Eventually, I was booked to train in beautiful California and there were steps I needed to make in this regard. Thanks to all of this process I have developed…
