I was today years old when I realized

It’s okay to be me

It’s okay to be who you are meant to be

It’s okay

Where you are shunned it’s okay to leave

Where you aren’t wanted it’s okay to leave

Where you are disrespected it’s okay – Leave

Go where you are wanted

Go where you can breathe

You don’t have to fight just to BE

When the environment is hostile

It’s

EXPECTED

You’ll

LEAVE

It’s understood you are NOT wanted

So, go be where you are SUPPOSED TO BE

Where you can love and be loved

And totally free

I am not my Mother

She is whom she chooses to be

I am not my Father

His decisions are NOT about me

I am not my Children

Thank YOU Jesus – so glad my kids ain’t me!

I take a deep breath

How TRUTH frees me!

How Power moves me!

How LOVE embraces me!

How TRUE LOVE has SAVED ME!!!!!!!
