In Season Practice Schedule:
Monday-Friday 5:30-8:30p.m.
Saturday 9:00a.m.-12:00p.m.

Please  wear a mask  and bring: football/running shoes, sweats, long sleeve shirt and/or hoody, and your own water (none will be supplied).

To ensure the safety and health of all involved, please expect that  restrictive sport specific COVID-19 protocols will be in place , must be followed, and are part of all condition/practice sessions.
