I love the Sage floor-plan for the wrap around patio and the walk in closet in the bathroom – I have always loved this feature! Also, the brand new appliances! This saves on utilities… and the closet as you enter the home to store coats, shoes, umbrellas out of sight. Do you know from the north to the south the best properties have a closet at the entry way. That’s class and cleanliness. I appreciate that. Lastly, I want to talk about the washer and the dryer being new AND located behind doors… OMG! gain, I am big on not washing my clothing in public places due to contact dermatitis and other contact infections cause folks don’t wash as they should due to depression, grief, and despair. I may add some suggestions for this in next posts. Let me know if you are interested in that as those who are going through won’t be but those of you who love them and want to help may be so let me know in the comments… So, as I was saying… from north to south I have had washer and dryer combos and they have been in the open and not behind walls/doors. So a floor-plan that has that added barrier is 5 star for me! Growing up we kept the washer and dryer in the garage, not inside the kitchen or right next to the fridge.

Sidebar: In Las Vega, I stayed at some really pricey hotels that had the coffee maker in the bathroom an arms length from the toilet. I kid you not! Crazyyyyy!!! Anyway, do you like that video? I was in Seattle… childddd!!!! I am not putting anyone down but real estate and the this and that show where their minds are at. Are they really concerned about customer service OR are they all about money and in a downturn will become a slum lord? I am just typing my description. If you look into the background of this location of the video you should see it is a new construction but very industrial, not kid friendly, but what the video doesn’t show is that this property DID do DNA testing for UN picked up doggie poo and bill the owner of the puppies. I submitted DNA and paid to set up the account. Sigh…anyway… Tea: The nurse who demanded the DNA program was the main culprit and was evicted due to this issue. Talk about the snake eating its own tail.

It’s pricey, I totally agree… comparing apples to apples – it’s not too pricey when folks at trailer parks are paying the same prices for trailers made in 1940 with all original everything.
