Bunkie

Bunkie means the bare minimum. You are not the priority. It reminds me of Flunkie. This is a person who is used and considered less than every one else. This is how Cinderella was used: as a bunkie where she received the bare minimum of everything while being treated as a flunkie made to do labor while the others did not.

THEN when the tables turn as they always do, the oppressors can not take what they have dished out.

What a hateful quagmire right?

The realization can make you so weary. The lesson is to keep your joy despite it. These ones who paint you as a bunkie and a flunkie will lose you. That’s all.

There’s always light even when it’s only in your soul. – Coletha Albert
