You will be shocked by this film AND the audience reaction, I promise. I didn’t know what to expect. I went to this movie because it was showing and I had time. I thought it was going to be a girly film or a romantic rom com. The casting was definitely off. The lead actress should have been someone else. However, due to the subject matter, many actresses likely turned down this project. I can’t think of a young Sharon Stone type for the role. The brave, deep, serous, creative Pisces actress is just… gone these days. Maybe Pisces are sticking to poetry and staying away from love scenes all together.
Hollywood really needs to move beyond sex selling a project. I’m all for complete abstention at all costs. It’s healthier for the mind and body and will likely save a soul or 144,00.
