Join groups that you like… memberships to the opera, museums, professional associations, your college alumni association and or student unions. If you like sports get a season ticket to support your favorite team! There you will find persons with similar interests as well. Associations based on gender are great too!
There is no reason to date abject strangers is there? Unless you’re a person who is up to no hood.
If you are broke, jobless, homeless, living with your parents you’re not ready to date.
Some believe that dating is for sexual purposes but sex is the icing on the cake of life. It’s not the cake. Some just want the cornbread of life and sex is the dab of butter. It takes many ingredients to make a life that is filling and sweet that will give you strength and nutrients to carry on. Sex is just that bit of extra that is nice to have.
If you have only that fab of butter without cornbread your relationship will fail. If you have a lot of frosting with a bit of cake not only will you fail but you will be crippled health wise.
Look at your options critically and make a good, mature decision because you want a great life! You understand that to have life all candy won’t do.
