Office politics are a nightmare for many people! Why? Some companies hire people who are most likely to take advantage of their roles. All of their conduct is documented and sent to the national archives.
Every action, reaction and inaction is documented. I do not know why… I believe Dr. King was right saying that the key to greatness is in service to others, helping others.
I would add ethics, high morals with integrity.
