At both the in person and virtual event we will be hiring for the following roles

  • Base Area Operations – janitorial, maintenance, upkeep of resort property (indoor and outdoor) 
  • Food and Beverage Front of House – various customer-facing restaurant responsibilities (indoor) 
  • Food and Beverage Back of House – various kitchen-based responsibilities (indoor) 
  • Housekeeper – executing the cleaning and upkeep of hotel rooms (indoor) 
  • Lift Operator – safely operate ski lifts (outdoor) 
  • Rental Technician – assist guests with rental fitting and operating (indoor) 
  • Ticket Scanning and Pass Sales Agent – scan guest lift passes and/or selling lift passes (indoor and outdoor) 
  • Transportation Shuttle Driver – operate company vehicles to transport guests to and from hotels/airports (indoor and outdoor). *Driving Record will be pulled. Must have had no moving violations within the last 3 years

Free Employee Ski Passes

As a benefit provided by Vail Resorts, Employees receive a free season pass providing access to skiing and snowboarding at many of the resorts in our family. Full-Time eligible employee dependents receive a free pass while part-time dependents may receive the same access for $40. (Dependent passes not available for Holiday Help Employees).
